Clubhouse
Clubhouse use? Many suggestions are for neighborhood activities, perhaps a game room w/game table along with furniture upstairs and opening up other rooms for use. Suggestions from the community are welcomed.
Clubhouse rental? Our reservation chairlady for last year, Jackie Sullivan, agrees on community activities being best for the community as a whole. Weekend reservations are not a certainty, and maybe one half of the rentals are for lot owners, the others are merely renting our facilities for other people. Rental reservations on weekends would possibly not be extended anyway unless the cost for renting is raised again. We took in $1,850.00 in rent revenue from last year which did not cover all the costs. The consensus at the meeting was that our clubhouse should be scheduled for the benefit of those who pay dues. Community thoughts welcomed.
Community Involvement
Let's all help out to make St. Johns Landing a better community. Lending a helping hand when it’s needed is really appreciated and it helps keep our association dues low. Please do your best to keep our property value up by keeping your lawns and homes maintained. Lets all work together to make St. Johns Landing more marketable!
