BOAT RAMP AND DOCK
- Boat trailer parking spaces are reserved for use only by vehicles with a boat trailer. No vehicles without a trailer are permitted in these spaces. All vehicles or trailers must display a current, valid St. Johns Landing ID sticker.
- Boat ramp and dock is for the exclusive use of St. Johns Landing homeowners. Homeowners who do not have a boat registered with St. Johns Landing Owners Association, must obtain a temporary key and guest pass from the Treasurer, and must accompany their guests and friends when using the ramp. (Ammended April 20, 2004)..Boats titled to a homeowner and registered with the Association may be used by the guest of the homeowner. The homeowner is responsible for the actions of the guest. Irresponsible actions may result in owner’s loss of boat ramp privileges.
- Boat ramp gate is to remain closed and locked at all times, except when launching or loading.
- Boats tied up to dock must be accompanied at all times by the boat owner.
- Absolutely no rough-house activities allowed on the dock. Small children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Leave dock clean of all debris before leaving. Traps are not to be anchored to the dock and will be confiscated, if found.
