PARKING POLICY
Clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, dock and boat ramp are for the exclusive use of St. Johns Landing owners and their guests. Use of these facilities is at your own risk. St. Johns Landing Owners Association cannot be responsible for injury, loss, or theft resulting from the use of these facilities.
- Overnight parking is not permitted unless permission is granted from the St. Johns Landing Owners Association.
- No commercial vehicles are permitted to be parked at any time, unless they are contractors hired by the St. Johns Landing Association. This applies to any vehicle used for commercial purposes and/or displaying company logos and signs on the exterior.
- No Recreational Vehicles (RV’s) of any kind are permitted to be parked in the common facilities area at any time.
- No vehicles without a boat trailer are permitted in the Boat Parking Area.
Safety:
All events where alcoholic beverages will be served or brought on premises must have a responsible adult present. Lessee is responsible for the safety of all guests and will take all measures necessary to insure their safety.
Pool Area:
- Children under 12 are to be accompanied by an adult.
- No food or glassware outside on the Pool concrete cool-deck area.
- No night swimming allowed, pursuant to Commercial Pool Regulations paragraph 10D-5.135(2)©. Night swimming shall be considered one half hour before sunset to one half hour after sunrise.
